Triviafest 2012 – Mardi Gras Style!
St. Bernard’s “Triviafest 2012 – Mardi Gras Style!” will be held on Saturday, February 18th in our gym. Trivia will start promptly at 7:00pm, but you’ll want to come early for delicious Cajun food and beverages prepared by our Knights of Columbus for sale at reasonable prices.
For those unfamiliar with our Trivia event, imagine for a moment 300 fun-loving participants at 35+ tables, pondering an array of questions covering a broad spectrum of topics, clocks ticking, big screen flashing, 50/50 and Heads and Tails games and delicious refreshments… all enjoyed amidst the company of good friends… that’s our Triviafest! This year we’ve added a slight twist - a New Orleans Carnival atmosphere! Hues of purple, green and gold, beads, masks and authentic New Orleans King Cake will decorate each table. Our energetic volunteers will also be a part of our masquerade as they take care of your every need!
Adding to the festivities will be an optional Mardi Gras table decorating contest and Mardi Gras Mask contest - feel free to join in the fun if you desire! Monetary prizes await the three top team winners of Trivia as well as the contest winners. Let the good times roll! There are a limited number of tables available, so don’t hesitate to get your reservation completed. Cost: $20 per person / $160 for a table of 8. Single seats are available – you will be assigned to an open table.
