Family Catechesis and Children’s Faith Formation Registration

The Family Catechesis Formation team has a table and a staff member available for questions following each Mass this weekend, Aug. 15th & 16th. Please contact Mary Poston at maryp@stbernardstulsa.org with any questions!

At the registration link below, you will choose a Family Track that will include your entire family. Please choose one track that best suits your family's current needs.

Choose Families with Young Children if your oldest is 6 or under.
Choose Sacrament Prep Year 1 if you have a child beginning their sacramental prep (needing Reconciliation) in 2nd-5th grade.
Choose Sacrament Prep Year 2 if you have completed year 1.
Choose Ongoing Formation if you are not seeking Sacramental Prep this year up through 5th grade.
Choose Middle/High School Formation if you need to register your children for Youth Ministry only or Middle/High School Sacrament Prep. Use the second drop box for all Middle/High School registration.
